Kazma, where plays Egyptian midfielder Ahmed Fathi, had a shock defeat in the first leg of the Kuwait Cup round 16 after losing to Al-Nasr 2-1. Nawaf Al-Hemeydan broke the deadlock after only 16 minutes for the hosts but Jassem Al-Hashemi leveled the score a few seconds before the break before Talal Al-Anzi could put the visitors ahead ten minutes later and prevent Kazma to bounce back. Although Al-Hemeydan could have snatched the draw with a late penalty but he blasts it wide. Fathi was among the starting and had a good game despite losing some easy scoring chances.
