Luca Toni continued his glittering run to lead Bayern Munich to a 1-0 away victory over Bayer Leverkusen as the Bavarians maintained their position on top of the Bundesliga. The Italian prolific striker notched the winner five minutes before the break after being set-up by Miroslav Klose's pinpoint cross. Bayern, who are yet to suffer any defeat, are on top of the league table with 20 points, four ahead of second-placed Schalke 04. Leverkusen, who were looking for a precious victory over Bayern, lie fourth on 14 points. Elsewhere, Werder Bremen humiliated Arminia Bielefeld 8-1 at Weserstadion. A brace from each of Hugo Almeida and Boubacar Sanogo in addition to goals from Per Mertesacker, Marcus Rosenberg and Ribas Diego earned Bremen the huge victory. Artur Wichniarek scored the consolation for the helpless visitors.
