French coach Arsene Wenger could commit his future to Arsenal next week, the club's chairman Peter Hill-Wood said on Thursday. Speculation has aroused regarding Wenger's future at Emirates Stadium since the departure of former vice-president David Dein. However, the former Monaco tactician is likely to pen a new deal with the Gunners soon. "Hopefully we'll have something to say in the next week or so," Hill-Wood told the Daily Star. "The length of the contract is up to him but hopefully it will be a two or three-year deal. "We certainly want to pay him what he's worth. But money is not the major stumbling block - there are just little pieces here and there to sort out," he added. The 57-year-old manager took charge of Arsenal in 1996 and led the club to three Premiership titles as well as four FA Cups.
