Michel rejects football director role

Zamalek coach Henri Michel has rejected the idea of hiring a new football director following the resignation of Ayman Mansour, FilGoal.com has learnt.
According to a Zamalek official, the French boss doesn't hold any negative feeling towards Mansour but doesn't see any benefit of having the football director role.
Michel demanded trainer Moatamed Gamal and goalkeeping coach Ayman Taher to continue in their posts, the official added.
Meanwhile, Zamalek are set to begin their pre-season training camp on July 15th in France.
The Cairo giants will face Nancy on the 22nd of July then take on Paris Saint-Germain three days later.
