Real Madrid striker Ruud van Nistelrooy said his handball wasn't intentional in the build up to Sergio Ramos opener in the 3-1 Primera Liga victory over Deportivo La Coruna. The Dutch frontman raised his hand to send the ball across the six-yard box before Ramos capitalized on a goal-mouth scramble to poke into the empty net. "It was a move in which I went for the ball, but did not reach it, and ended up reflexively playing it with my hand," Van Nistelrooy was quoted as saying by Spanish daily Marca. "I did not mean to do it. I was just reflex. I have been lucky because normally it would have been a yellow card, and that would have meant a suspension for the game against Zaragoza." The Spanish giants can wrap up the league title if they won their remaining two games against Real Zaragoza at La Romareda and Real Mallorca at Real's venue Santiago Bernabeu. Real are on top of the table with 72 points, on level with second-placed Barcelona but the former have the head-to-head record advantage.
