England defender Jonathan Woodgate, who is playing for Middlesbrough on loan from Real Madrid, said he considers a permanent deal with the Premiership side. "When you love a club as much as I love Middlesbrough and when you are happy, there are always two sides to the coin," Woodgate told the Daily Mail. "I am still ambitious but I do love it here. This is my home town and when I am not here I really do miss Middlesbrough. "Sometimes I think there is unfinished business with Madrid and the Champions League. Other times I just think it's not for me. I'd be away in a foreign land and away from all this." The 26-year-old has joined Boro in the summer on a one-season loan after he was dogged by a series of injuries during his spell with the Spanish capital side. Real Madrid have expressed fresh interest in restoring Woodgate with Newcastle also bidding to land the international center-back. Woodgate is likely to restore his starting spot during Middlesbrough's home game against Charlton Athletics on Saturday after missing the last game with ankle injury.
