Dutch side RKC Waalwijk have appointed former Ismaili coach Mark Wotte as their new manager on Thursday succeeding Adrie Koster. Wotte, who left Ismaili on a mutual agreement due to personal reasons, signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with the Eredivisie strugglers. In a press conference held before his departure, Wotte said he would have liked to stay with the Dervishes but was forced to return to his homeland to be close to his wife and children. Ismaili are in charge of the Egyptian league table with 31 points from 14 games but were eliminated from the Arab Champions League (ACL) at the hands of Algerian side Ahli Bordj.
