Barcelona playmaker Ronaldinho said his acrobatic goal in the 4-0 victory over Villarreal in the Spanish League was a childhood dream. "Since I was a child, I have been dreaming of scoring such a goal," Ronaldinho was quoted as saying by Spanish paper El Mundo Deportivo after Saturday's game. The Brazilian international sealed his side's victory with just three minutes from time when he chested Xavi's pass inside the area before volleying a bicycle shot home. Ronaldinho had initially opened the score line from the spot as goals from Eidur Gudjohnsen and Andres Iniesta completed the rout. "I have been practicing this trick on the bed when I was a child but it is the only time I score a goal from it in a competitive game. "Now it is time for trying my other dream which is scoring from the halfway line," said the 26-year-old star. Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard voiced his admiration of Ronaldinho's goal. "Ronaldinho's second goal was some kind of magic that triggered emotions from everybody seeing it," he said. Ronaldinho's double placed top of the scorers list with ten goals, just one ahead of Sevilla's Frederick Kanoute whose side take on Athletic Bilbao.
