Barcelona playmaker Ronaldinho said that he still eyes more progress, stressing that he hasn't hit his top form yet. The Brazilian star scored twice in his side's 3-1 victory over Sevilla in the Spanish League on Sunday in his best performance this season so far. "I am improving and I hope to hold on to this form during the next games," Ronaldinho was quoted as saying by El Mundo Deportivo. "But I still need more time to say that I totally restored my form," he added after the home win before more than 91.000 fans. Ronaldinho was criticized recently because he failed to regain his game following a hectic season that saw him leading Barca to second successive league title, the Champions League trophy and Brazil to the quarter-finals of the World Cup. But the two-time World Footballer of the Year stepped up for his team especially after top scorer Samuel Eto'o was hit by a knee injury that will keep him on the sidelines for about four months. Ronaldinho put Barcelona ahead against Sevilla from the spot and restored the lead with a trademark free-kick after Fredric Kanoute leveled for the visitors. Argentina's teenager Lionel Messi completed the rout with a superb solo effort. Barcelona's delight was completed as both title challengers Real Madrid and Valencia lost to leave the defending champions clear at the top of the table. Real were downed 1-0 by Getafe on Saturday while Valencia lost 3-2 to Celta Vigo, both receiving their first domestic defeats of the season. Ronaldinho, though, refused to comment on the defeats. "Other teams don't worry me at all, I am only concerned with my own team," he said. Barcelona have a difficult test in the midweek when they travel to England to play Chelsea in the Champions League. Both sides have met in the last two seasons in the tournament. They have an even record in London, with each side winning one game.
