Ahli coach Manuel Jose has excluded star striker Emad Meteb from the squad for Sunday's match against JS Kabylie of Algeria in the African Champions League. The club did not state the reason behind Meteb's omission from the 20-man squad that left to Algeria on Thursday morning. Ahli will also be without recovering duo Mohamed Barakat and Gilberto based on their medical reports. Jose also excluded winger Ahmed Sedik from the squad. However, Ahli assistant coach Hossam Al-Badri insists his team will go for the win despite the numerous absences. "We're going to Algeria to beat Kabylie," Al-Badri insisted.
