Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko came from behind twice to beat Tunisia's Sfaxien 4-2 at home in the African Champions League on Saturday. Amed Toure and Edmund Owusu-Ansah scored in the first-half to cancel out Sfaxien's goals from Blaise Koissy and Mouawia Kadri. Two strikes by Kwame Junior and Nana Arhin-Duah sealed the victory for Kotoko. The result put Kotoko on top of Group A with three points, ahead of Sfaxien on goal difference before the pointless title holders Ahli face Algeria's JS Kabylie, who also have three points, later on Saturday. Koissy put Sfaxien ahead after just four minutes when he headed the ball home from close range past the advancing keeper. Kotoko leveled the score three minutes later when Aziz Ansah raced down the left flank before sending an inch-perfect cross to the unmarked Toure, who headed the ball into the back of the net. Kadri restored the lead in the 24th minute when he connected with a neat cross to steer a glancing header into the far angle of the net. Owusu-Ansah equalized in the 36th minute when he fired a powerful long-range shot into the left corner of the net. Junior put the Ghanaian side in from just 13 minutes from time when his deflected shot went past Sfaxien keeper Ahmed Jawachi. Arhin-Duah put the last pin in Sfaxien's coffin just three minutes later as he penetrated the box from the left flank and curled a superb finish into the top left corner of the net.
