Tottenham Hotspur are close on signing Ivory Coast midfielder Didier Zokora, Sky Sports reported on Friday. The Premiership club are expected to seal the deal with the St. Etienne star after the Ivorians exited the World Cup from the first round and have reportedly agreed on a fee. "Nothing is done yet, but the deal is in a good way," Zokora's agent Franck Belhassen told Sky Sports on Friday. "We are talking and it is looking good," Belhassen added. Other well-reputed clubs have competed with the Spurs to land the talented talisman, especially after his excelled performance in the World Cup with Ivory Coast.
