Besiktas midfielder Ahmed Hassan is set to start in his side's match against Turkish giants Fenerbahce on Sunday, the player said. "Manager Jean Tigana will field me from the beginning of the match against Fenerbahce after participating in the team's practice sessions," Hassan told Filgoal.com. The 30-year-old midfielder has been the subject of rumors claiming he was suspended by coach Tigana for returning late to Turkey after participating with Egypt in the African Cup of Nations. Hassan, who was named player of the tournament at the Nations Cup that Egypt won on home soil, said he was looking forward for a repeat of Besiktas' 4-3 win over rivals Fener. Fenerbahce are in charge of the Turkish league table on 52 points while Besiktas hold fourth place on 32 points.
