Ahmed Elmohamady took part in Hull City's 0-0 home draw with Aston Villa in the English Premier League. Elmohamady, who retained his position in right midfield, has been a regular for Hull since the start of the league campaign featuring for every minute in the previous six games. He was, however, replaced on 85 minutes by Irish midfielder David Meyler as the match ended in a goalless stalemate. Elmo's Egypt teammate Geddo was omitted from the squad as he has yet to make his Premier League debut. The Tigers, who kept their second clean sheet in a row and their third this season, remain eighth of the league standings on 11 points as they visit Everton next weekend.
