Egypt U-20 star Saleh Gomaa received a loan offer from Romania's Vaslui, according to an ENPPI official. "The Romanian club made a €100,000 offer to have Saleh on loan for one season," ENPPI football director Abdul-Nasser Mohamed told FilGoal.com. "The offer includes an option of permanent sale for €500,000 at the end of the season. "I think it is not exactly the offer we expect for a player like Saleh, even though he said he is ready to go." Dramatic fall Gomaa, 20, has been strongly tipped to move to Europe this summer, having been shortlisted by the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Anderlecht and Benfica. He almost joined German Bundesliga 2 side Greuther Furth after passing a medical in July, but suddenly backed down as he said he wanted to wait for the U-20 World Cup in Turkey. Even though his agent declared that his ‘€2million price will be doubled' when he plays at the World Cup, Gomaa failed to make his expected leap as his future remains unclear.
