Ismaili are almost out of the African Confederation Cup after losing 3-0 to Tunisia's Bizertin in the competition's last 16. The Dervishes conceded three set pieces, starting with a clever first-half freekick by Tunisia international Kamal Zaiem. The Tunisians, who were eliminated from the Champions League by Ismaili's bitter rivals Ahli, hit two more after the break through center-halves Ali Machani and Arbi Jabeur. Ismaili now face an uphill battle when they host Bizertin in the second leg two weeks from now. Earlier on the day, ENPPI lost 2-0 at Ethiopia's Saint George.
