Ahli are keeping tabs on Nigeria starlet Isaac Success along with three other youngsters from the U-17 CAN, according to the African champions marketing director Magdi Tolba.
Success, 17, has been one of the stars of the African U-17 Championship, scoring six goals in three games for the Golden Eaglets so far.
“I've presented my report to the football committee including the names of four players from the African U-17 Championship," former Egypt international Tolba told FilGoal.com.
“One of them is Nigeria striker Isaac Success, who has scored six goals so far in the tournament."
Ahli have already shortlisted Nigeria U-20 duo Abdul-Jaleel Ajagun and Olarenwaju Kayode, who also excelled in the African Youth Championship earlier this month.
The Nigeria U-17s are among four African nations to qualify for the World Cup finals; Ivory Coast, Morocco and Tunisia.
