Zamalek have lodged a complaint with the Benin FA against striker Razak Omotoyossi for going absent without leave, the club's official website said. The unsettled Omotoyossi, who had been omitted from Zamalek's African roster for next season, is understood to be keen to part ways with the club over unpaid wages. But as the 27-year-old had continuously failed to report to training, the Whites have decided to take action against him after he initially complained the club to the FA due to overdue payments. "We notified the Benin FA that Omotoyossi is not attending any training sessions," Zamalek football director Hamada Anwar told the club's website. "We are keen to preserve our rights after the player had also filed a complaint against the club." Omotoyossi, who joined in the summer of 2011, had a frustrating tenure at the Cairo giants, being at loggerheads with the board over unpaid wages on numerous occasions. He requested transfer several times and even threatened to rescind his contract, which runs out in the summer of 2014.
