SHARM EL-SHEIKH - President Hosni Mubarak received Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who congratulated him on his full recovery from a surgery successful he underwent in Germany earlier last month, in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh Sunday. President Saleh congratulated Mubarak upon the successful gallbladder removal surgery, wishing him good health, Egypt's official Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported. It added that the Yemeni President voiced his country's appreciation for Egypt's supportive positions to Yemen's security, stability and unity, noting the brotherly relationship between the two countries and peoples. "Mubarak assured President Saleh on his health after the surgery, expressing his thanks to the Yemeni leader for his sincere fraternal feelings," MENA said Sunday. Mubarak reiterated Egypt's supportive position to Yemen's security, stability and unity, affirming the strength of the Egyptian-Yemeni historical relations. Furthermore, the two leaders discussed aspects of the brotherly relationship between the two brotherly countries and means of boosting them. Many other Arab leaders voiced plans for Egypt visit to congratulate Mubarak, including Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
