CAIRO - The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has decided to delay the matches of the 16th week of the Egyptian Premeir League due to security reasons. The EFA told SuperSport that the authorities had asked them to delay all matches of the sixteenth round. "As we know Egypt will celebrate the first year of the Egyptian revolution this week and many anticipate violence." This weeks matches have been postponed to the 27th of January Instead of 23rd and 24th. Al-Ahly will play with Arab Contractors and Zamalek will face with Enppi. Currently Al-Ahly is on the top of the league with 36 points followed by Haras el Hedoud with 34 points and Zamalek third with 32 points.
