CAIRO - Suzanne Thabet, the wife of ex-Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, is going to get a heart catheter on Sunday night, Al-Youm Al-Sabe reported earlier in the day. Suzanne, who suffered a heart attack following her detention on Friday for 15 days, on charges of accumulating wealth and graft, was subsequently hospitalised in Sharm el-Sheikh, a medical source said on Sunday. The catheter will determine whether she will stay in Sharm for long or be transferred to prison. The source added that Suzanne has hypertension and she needs a blood transfusion prior to surgery.
