CAIRO - Prime Minister Essam Sharaf will embark on an Arabian Gulf tour Monday after a two-day delay, Cabinet sources said on Sunday. Sharad is due in Saudi Arabia Monday as the first leg of the trip that will also take him to Qatar and Kuwait. He was due to start the tour on Saturday but was delayed due to engagements at home, added the sources. On Saturday, Sharaf, who was appointed by the military rulers last March, made a landmark visit to Sinai whose people long complained about official neglect and discrimination.
