CAIRO, Sept 17, 2018 (MENA) - State Minister of Military Production Mohamed Saeed el Assar and Health Minister Hala Zayed conferred on a flurry of issues topped by establishing a factory for producing cancer medications. The factory will be built by "We Can" company in cooperation with the Ministry of Military Production, Vacsera Company, Tahya Misr Fund and Pharco Company along with a number of international companies. The meeting tackled issues that aim at transferring technology to the tumour medication manufacturing sector, to meet the needs of the local market and exporting cancer medicines to neighbouring countries. The cooperation between the Ministry of Military Production and the Health Ministry comes as part of the state's keenness on providing the best possible medical services to the citizens via the local manufacturing of tumour medications, Assar said. Meanwhile, Zayed said that the cooperation between both ministries activates her ministry's plan to present quality healthcare to citizens. She said the health ministry is keen on benefiting from the potentials of the Ministry of Military production to implement a number of local industrial projects.
