CAIRO, Aug 13 , 2018(MENA) - Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli held on Monday a meeting to follow up the way the unified government complaint mechanism is dealing with citizens' complaints and requests reported through different media outlets. Madbouli called for settling citizens' problems as quickly as possible, urging executive leaderships in all governorates to immediately address problems faced by citizens and increase campaigns to remove any violations. In 2017, former prime minister Sherif Ismail ordered linking all administrative units dealing with citizens' complaints in different governorates with the government's complaint portal to make it easier for citizens to come forward and speak out about any problems or hardships facing them and report on any violations, negligence or corruption. The Cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center is responsible for running the unified complaint mechanism.
