Egypt, Saudi Super Cup to take place in November

CAIRO, July 22, 2018 (MENA) – The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) has agreed with the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) to hold the Super Cup competition in November.
Egypt Cup winners Zamalek are initially scheduled to face Saudi Cup champions Ittihad on 6 November in Cairo, while Egyptian League champions Ahly will play against Saudi League holders Al Helal on November 8 in Riyadh, the EFA announced on its website on Sunday.
Representative from the EFA and the SAFF met in Cairo today at the EFA headquarters to set an initial date for the two Super Cup games.
Another preparation meeting will follow after the two boards approve the initial schedule.
