PARIS, June 26, 2018 (MENA) - Egyptian Minister of Investment and International Cooperation Sahar Nasr on Tuesday confirmed Egypt's keenness on boosting economic cooperation with France. The remark was made in her speech at a seminar that was organised by the Arab World Institute here on the future of economic relations between the two countries. Attending also was Egyptian Minister of Planning Hala el Saeed along with French officials and representatives of major companies in both countries. Nasr expounded the progress of bilateral relations in several domains in light of keenness of the leaderships of Egypt and France to maintain joint cooperation. She also lauded French efforts for promoting bilateral relations through contributing to financing development projects in Egypt. The current portfolio of economic cooperation hit 1.2 billion euros, she noted, adding that up to 160 French companies are investing in Egypt at a total value of four billion euros.
