Wadi Valley Developments has signed a partnership agreement with EGY Company for Sporting Services to provide exclusive memberships at Glory Club for residents of The Capital project in 10th of Ramadan City. The agreement aligns with Wadi Valley's strategy to offer added-value services that enhance the living experience for its clients. Samir Aref, Chairperson of Wadi Valley Developments, said the partnership reflects the company's vision to deliver genuine added value and provide integrated services that extend beyond the traditional concept of real estate development. Under the agreement, permanent exclusive memberships will be granted to new clients of The Capital, while existing clients will be offered special memberships with discounts of up to 50% and flexible payment plans of up to three years. Membership privileges include unlimited access to all club facilities, covering sports, recreational and social amenities, along with a complimentary gym subscription and free entry to the Aqua Park. Aref added that The Capital compound occupies a prime location in 10th of Ramadan City, covering more than 7.5 feddans and featuring 124 villas of various sizes, as well as a commercial and medical mall offering a wide range of services to residents. For his part, Awad bin Salem Al-Shahrani, Chairperson of EGY Company for Sporting Services, said the partnership represents a new model of integration between the sports and real estate sectors. He highlighted the shared vision to deliver high-quality services that offer real added value to residents, noting that Glory Club will provide advanced sports and entertainment facilities tailored to meet their needs.
