V Developments records EGP 500m sales in first month of Circle V campaign
Published in Daily News Egypt on 24 - 08 - 2025

V Developments has announced that its Circle V campaign achieved sales exceeding EGP 500m within its first month since launching in July.
Mohamed Hegazy, Chairperson of V Developments, said the campaign was built around a partnership model with 10 of the top real estate marketing companies. These firms receive full support and resources to enhance performance in promoting V Developments' projects, while clients purchasing through the initiative benefit from exclusive discounts.
"Our portfolio includes a series of commercial towers designed to provide premium services to clients. Through Circle V and similar initiatives, customers not only secure strong value but also enjoy added opportunities," Hegazy explained.
The campaign will run for a full year. Given the strong sales results achieved in its opening month, the company expects even greater performance in the months ahead.
Eslam El-Baghdadi, Chairperson of V Developments, said that the company is implementing ambitious investment plans to accelerate project timelines while maintaining the highest construction quality. He noted that several projects recorded significant sales under the campaign, including V Business Tower — now fully completed; Mas Tower, where excavation has been finalised and construction is progressing; and Leo Tower, launched in January.
El-Baghdadi stressed that Circle V has provided clear benefits for clients through its discount offerings, while also showcasing the central role played by real estate marketing companies in driving the success of the campaign's innovative model.
The initiative has brought together a network of leading marketing firms, including Why Investment, Umprela, The Nox, Property Track, Target Misr, Wall Street, AK, Equal State, Shahienz, and Equal Estate. All are recognised for their expertise and strategies, which align with V Developments' vision of delivering high-value, client-focused real estate projects.
