Qurtuba Developments has announced the launch of its first project in the New Administrative Capital, Nuzul Tower, with total investments exceeding EGP 3bn. The project was unveiled during an official ceremony.
The tower comprises 15 floors above ground and three underground parking levels, incorporating Smart Building technologies for energy management, security, and integrated services.
The hospitality component will be operated by TIME Hotels International, providing professional hotel management and guaranteed investment returns. Commercial spaces will be overseen by InCommercial, a specialist in attracting leading retail brands to enhance daily footfall.
Office offerings include fully equipped Serviced Offices for immediate use, as well as Sky View Offices with panoramic views of the Green River. The entertainment zone will be managed by Reko, Egypt's largest leisure operator, while the rooftop will feature a world-class restaurant overlooking the capital.
Nuzul Tower stands out for its diversified investment mix spanning hospitality, commercial, administrative, and entertainment components. The project also offers an innovative investment model allowing owners to cover unit instalments through expected rental returns.
Qurtuba's track record includes more than 50 residential projects in New Damietta, the One Business Center in New Mansoura, and the hospitality-focused Nuzul development. With Nuzul Tower, the company extends its footprint in the capital in partnership with Archrete Engineering Consultants, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
