Madbouly directs development of marketing plan for NUCA's ready-to-sell units

Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly convened a high-level meeting on Sunday, in a move aiming to accelerate the marketing of ready-to-sell units in new urban communities projects.
The meeting was attended by key stakeholders Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities; Walid Abbas, Deputy Chairperson of Egypt's New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and representatives from leading real estate marketing companies. It aimed to streamline the marketing process and ensure the timely achievement of ambitious sales targets.
At the outset of the meeting, Prime Minister Madbouly emphasized the urgent need to launch a comprehensive marketing campaign for the plethora of diverse housing units constructed by the Ministry of Housing through the New Urban Communities Authority.
He highlighted the vast potential of these units, he stressed the importance of expediting their marketing to meet the growing demand for quality housing solutions.
To effectively execute this marketing strategy, the Egyptian Prime Minister directed the preparation of a detailed plan outlining clear targets and a well-defined timeline for marketing companies.
He underscored the need for stringent monitoring mechanisms to ensure that targets are met on schedule, emphasizing the government's unwavering commitment to achieving the set goals.
Minister El-Sherbiny, echoing the Prime Minister's directives, reiterated the significance of the meeting, underscoring its alignment with the Prime Minister's previous instructions to compile a comprehensive inventory of ready-to-sell units and land parcels across new cities was prepared, to prepare a plan for their marketing.
He presented the results of the inventory of NUCA's stock of housing, commercial, and administrative units in new cities, including vacant housing units, whether implemented or under completion, in addition to commercial and administrative units in new cities in various governorates.
El-Sherbiny also presented the marketing status of units in NUCA's projects from the side of real estate marketing companies, whether what has already been sold or the units being marketed, as well as the status of the proposed priority projects for marketing, which amount to a total of 38,300 housing and hotel units in several projects, including: "New Garden City" district in the New Administrative Capital, and several residential projects in the cities of New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, and the new Alamein Towers.
