MG Developments delivers 2 phases of Blue Blue Sokhna
Company to launch new phase with EGP 750m investments in 1H 2020, says chairperson

MG Developments announced the delivery of first and second phases of Blue Blue resort in Ain Sokhna, dubbed INDIGO and Cyan, according to the schedule agreed with customers, the company's Chairperson Mohammed Metawee said.
MG is currently offering chalets ready for immediate delivery, with various payment plans to suit different needs and purchasing capabilities of clients. The lowest down payment is 10% with over 6-year instalments.
MG will invite customers who will receive their units in 2021 and 2022 to determine the built-up area in the resort, Metawee said, adding that the company will present special offers to its customers in March.
He further added that the company intends to launch a new phase in the Blue Blue resort in the first half (1H) of the year, with investments amounting to EGP 750m.
Furthermore, the company intends to complete the construction of the commercial part in Blue Blue in 1H of 2020, which includes a diverse and distinguished set of services for the resort's clients, Metawee highlighted, noting, "a group of brands is currently being negotiated."
He stressed the importance of providing flexible payment plans to meet the needs of different segments of clients.
Spanning over 120,000 sqm, Blue Blue Sokhna features 12,000 sqm of water bodies, where it is divided into four main parts, namely Royal, Azure, Cyan, and Indigo. The resort's built-up area is about 20% and the rest are green spaces and beaches. The project comprises units of various spaces starting from 100 sqm for chalets and 250 sqm for villas.
Metawee highlighted that the company offers a variety of payment systems up to nine years commensurate with different purchasing needs and capabilities of clients.
Blue Blue is situated at end of Sokhna Mountain range, where picturesque windmills spin non-stop all year round, providing a constant low of temperature-moderating cooling air. It is located in the area of windmills and renewable energy to provide fresh and natural air all year long and to be the best place for all vacations. The resort encompasses different and various luxury and entertainment areas such as mini cinema, 360-sqm-long marina, kids club, club house, and health club, besides the restaurants area. It also has a floating restaurant.
