Telecom Egypt provides communication services for Amer Group, Porto Group projects

Telecom Egypt, Amer Group, and Porto Group have signed two cooperation agreements to provide the latest integrated communication solutions for projects owned by the two groups and to provide those services in accordance with the latest global technologies, like fibre optic cables to residential units, FTTH as well as Triple Play (telephone – Internet – IPTV), and wifi hotspots in important places within projects.
The agreements were signed by Adel Hamed, managing director and CEO of Telecom Egypt, Hisham Arafat, chairperson of Amer Group, and Mohamed El Sayed, chairperson of the Porto Group.
Under these agreements, Telecom Egypt connects advanced communication networks within the projects owned by the two groups, enabling them to receive the latest digital technologies, and to provide a variety of communications solutions and services.
Hamed, said that this partnership comes as a continuation from the series of agreements signed by the company with major real estate developers in Egypt, confirming the extent of their confidence in the capabilities and expertise of Telecom Egypt.
He added that the vision and strategy of Telecom Egypt focuses on providing the latest technologies in the field of communications and information technology to its customers depending on the large and advanced infrastructure owned by Telecom Egypt, and providing innovative added value to ensure the provision of a new level of communication services that matches the needs of our customers.
Arafat said that the Amer Group is one of the largest real estate investment companies in Egypt and the Middle East, and that the signing of this strategic partnership with Telecom Egypt comes within the company's strategy in the partnership of large economic entities to provide distinguished services to Amer Group customers.
El Sayed said that the group puts at the forefront of its priorities the provision of an integrated real estate system that they always strive to develop in line with the needs and requirements of customers.
