Nile Real Estate targets EGP 35m sales of first phase of Nile Park
The Nile Park's first phase includes 24 units, with a 10% down payment, says Nile Real Estate's CEO

Nile Real Estate Company announced the opening of the first phase of the Nile Park residential project in Beit Al-Watan project in New Cairo.
Mohamed Taher, CEO of Nile Real Estate company said that the Nile Park project is being implemented in three phases, each on an area of 2,000 sqm. The project will be be completed by the end of 2020.
Taher told Daily News Egypt that the company targets EGP 35m sales of the first phase of the project.
He added that the first phase includes 24 units, ranging from 133 sqm to 278 sqm, and prices ranging per metre from EGP 5,600 to EGP 7,200, with a 10% down payment and instalments of up to seven years.
Taher explained that the project includes several services for customers such as gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, gardens, safe walk track, and electronic parking.
He pointed out that the company uses the latest construction methods and implements several other projects in the projects of Lotus, Andalusia, Beit Al-Watan, other places.
"The company owns about 15 plots of land in Lotus, El-Qronfel, Andalusia, and El Narges on areas ranging from 500 sqm to 1,000sqm, said Taher. "The company aims to build about 180 residential units on areas ranging from 120sqm to 232sqm. All these projects are one phase and will be completed by the end of 2019."
