Sfaxien thrash Bizertin to send warning note
Sfaxien issued a warning note to Al-Ahly after trashing Bizertin 4-0 at home in the Tunisian League on Wednesday.
Joetex Frimpong opened the score in the 55th minute before Tarek Ziadi doubled the lead four minutes past the hour mark.
Zoubair Essafi added the third 10 minutes from time and Karim Nafti completed the rout in stoppage time.
The victory put Sfaxien in fifth place of the league table with nine points, five adrift of leaders US Monastir.
Egyptian champions Ahly will host Sfaxien in the first-leg of the African Champions League semi-final on Oct. 29 while the second-leg will take place in Rades Stadium on Nov. 12

Egypt handed tough draw in Olympic Games qualifiers
The Egyptian Olympic football team has been drawn to play a tough game against Ivory Coast in the second round of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games qualifiers.
The first-leg will be played on Feb. 7 in Egypt while the return-leg will take place either on the 22nd, 23rd or the 24th of March 2007 in Ivory Coast.
The draw was due to take place in December but it was surprisingly held two months earlier.
Egypt football director Salah Hosni said the sudden draw forced the team to change their preparations.
We were due to play friendlies against Lebanon and Kuwait in November but now we will have to find other African countries to face instead, Hosni told FilGoal.com on Saturday.
Hosni admitted that qualifying to the group stage at the expense of Ivory Coast is not easy, but believes Egypt have to overcome any team if they are to reach the Beijing Olympic Games.

We ve officially accepted the Arab sports promoter s invitation to play against Brazil, EFA president Samir Zaher told reporters.
Zaher did not reveal any further details concerning the exact of the match s date.
Brazil played several friendlies in the Arab region recently and the last one came against Kuwaiti club Kuwait earlier this month.
The Samba boys will take on Switzerland in Basel on the 15th of November, while Egypt play South Africa in London.
