Ta2heal to launch mobile application supporting children with special needs education
We provide necessary training to develop skills, and cooperate with two rehabilitation centres, says Elfakharany

Ta2heal, which supports special needs education through technology, is preparing to launch its own free application across different operating platforms later this year.
Tarek Elfakharany, founder and CEO of Ta2heal, said the company is preparing to launch its own free mobile application on different platforms, such as Android, Windows Phone, and iOS.
He said that, through this application, parents can input their children's data and information, and the team will work to diagnose the conditions of children, and their other symptoms. The team will then direct them to the best suitable rehabilitation centre, if necessary.
Elfakharany added that Ta2heal's team visits rehabilitation centres of special needs to monitor information about them and what they offer. The team then adds the gathered information to the application, to become a directory for parents.
He pointed out that the application is Ta2heal's new marketing strategy, and a communal service for parents to stimulate children and encourage them. Elfakharany explained that the application will be launched by the end of 2015 on devices running on Android, Windows phone and iOS.
Ta2heal Internet platform offers the necessary exercises for the development of children's skills, via interactive video exercises coached by Ta2heal's trainer. The platform also provides everything needed for special needs children, their parents, their doctors, their rehabilitation centres and schools. This comes in addition to other free services, such as Ask a Doctor, which answers everything related to the development of the child with the aid of scientific insights.
Elfakharany pointed out that Ta2heal is trying to attract new investors so that it can continue and expand in the Egyptian market. He added that he is seeking to attract investors believing in the idea, and can support their treatment, physically and mentally.
Ta2heal collaborates with two centres for children rehabilitation and seeks to negotiate with a third during the current period, Elfakharany said, adding that Ta2heal receives between 5 to 10 monthly subscriptions through these centres. He noted that the subscriptions' prices are EGP 150 for the monthly subscription, EGP 420 for the quarterly subscription, and EGP 780 for the biannual subscription.
Regarding the challenges facing Ta2heal, Elfakharany stressed that the most prominent of them is that it is still new. Most children and special needs rehabilitation centres are also still very weak, and are not equipped with Internet and computers, along with other different services.
He added that Ta2heal is trying to seek funding from companies that provide support services for communal associations and organisations, as well as offering their services to these organisations to efficiently rehabilitate special needs children.
Elfakharany said negotiations with Vodafone are underway, to provide the necessary support for these associations, as well as communications with Commercial International Bank (CIB), amongst other entities.
