Coalition forces bomb Yemen's Central Security HQ in Sana'a
Egypt-Yemen national security conference held in Ain Shams University

The Saudi-led coalition bombed Wednesday the Central Security headquarters in Yemen's capital, Sana'a.
"Ammunition is flying everywhere, and the number of casualties is on the rise," residents told Daily News Egypt. Streets were closed in the surrounding area.
Egypt, one of the countries involved in the coalition airstrikes against the Houthi militias, declared Sunday that it would send ground troops to Yemen if the situation called for such military action.
Egypt is already participating with navy and air forces in the operations, which began in May.
Meanwhile, during a conference entitled "Egypt and Yemen and Egyptian National Security between Nasser and Al-Sisi", Essam Desouky, history professor at Helwan University, said: "People should not criticise Egypt's participation nor say it only leads to its sons' death and a waste of money. American wars all take place outside the United States for the sake of its internal interests."
"We are in a survival conflict," said Judge Tahani Al-Gebali.
Military expert Khaled Okasha explained that Turkey and Iran are leading a war against Egypt and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) through supporting terrorism and using Yemen for its geographical position.
"The Arab Peninsula is a red line for Egypt," Okasha said, citing political and economic relations with the GCC, "which must be secure and stable".
Over 1,400 people have died in the conflict in Yemen so far. More than 220,000 Yemenis are currently displaced across the country. The Saudi-led airstrikes have repeatedly struck airports in Sana'a, Aden, and Hudaida.
