Euro-Arab Caravan returns with a feast of animations

Independent film production and distribution house Semat brings back the Caravan of the Euro-Arab Cinema to Alexandria after the big success of the last edition in April.
This time round, Caravan Nights presents 29 acclaimed feature length and short animation productions from Egypt, Tunisia, Spain, Italy, France, Britain and several other countries.
Some of the highlights include the Oscar nominated The Living Forest, the first animated Tunisian feature The Carthage Castaways, and the first Egyptian audiovisual book Silver Fish.
Screenings will be held in Alexandria at the Ibdaa Creativity Center, Bibliotheca Alexandrina and at the French Center for Culture & Cooperation from Aug. 25 to 29.
