New Delhi: A teacher was brutally crushed under the wheels of a car for refusing to allow cheating during exam. Police has arrested one of the killers, Vikram (30), whose friend was having an open examination for matriculation at Sonepat – Harayana state, a short distance from New Delhi. The incident occurred on Friday, when two persons approached the teacher and invigilator Rakesh Kumar, a Hindi teacher at the Ramjas School in Sonepat, and asked him to allow a student to cheat in the Haryana's Open School exams. “They ran the car over Kumar when he refused. He did not die when the car ran over him once, so they rammed him again,” a police official said. Kumar's father, who has registered the complaint, has told the police on Sunday that Vikram had been threatening his son for some time. Kumar's brother Mukesh, in his statement to the police has listed “Hari Om” along with “Vikram” as the suspects in the crime. While Vikram has been arrested, Hari Om is still on the run.
