Hanoi (dpa) – Ho Chi Minh City police discovered nearly 3 tons of rotten chicken meat on a bus bound for a primary school canteen, local media reported Monday. Traffic police stopped the 50-seat bus Sunday en route to Dong Thap province in the Mekong Delta, online newspaper VnExpress said. Officers discovered plastic bags on the bus filled with 2.9 tons of decomposing meat and organs that were emitting a powerful smell.
