Vladimir Putin Beijing summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will be held on 06-07 June. It is Founded in Shanghai in 2001, SCO comprises six member countries: China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The SCO summit in Beijing is to consider the evolution of the grouping set up in 2001. SCO plans to welcome Iran, India, Mongolia and Pakistan as observers, while Belarus and Sri Lanka will be designated as dialogue partners, a status which SCO may also accord to Turkey. Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a state visit to China on 05 June 2012. Putin's visit to Beijing is scheduled to be his first trip outside the former Soviet Union after his inauguration.
