Beirut to host DGTL#U the first corporate digital marketing event in Lebanon

For the first time in Lebanon, top marketing professionals from banking, finance, retail, and real estate sectors, amongst others, are to meet with leading digital specialists and highly recognized players in the field, to discuss the future of businesses and corporations in a highly digitalized world.
Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal's Executive Director, Walid Abou Zaki emphasized the importance of such an event at a time of major transformation in corporate marketing and promotional strategies adding that Beirut is only the first stop for the DGTL#U road show which will subsequently be moving on to Jeddah, Muscat, Riyadh, Kuwait and Doha.

Digital strategies will be discussed by Dani Richa, Chairman & CEO, Impact BBDO Group, MENA & Pakistan.
Ramzi Raad, Chairman & CEO of TBWA\RAAD will focus on the changing role of PR agencies in the social media environment bringing to light several success stories from the Middle East.
Steve Farnsworth, Chief Digital Strategist at Jolt Digital Marketing, one of Forbes' Top 50 Social Media Power influencers, is to give a workshop on the second day of the event mapping out how companies can use social marketing effectively by re-balancing its role in their marketing mix.
