SAK Developments eyes $11.5mn contractual salesat Cityscape Egypt

Egypt's newly-established SAK Developments targets contractual sales of 200 million Egyptian pounds ($11.5 million) at Cityscape Egypt taking place 27th -30th March 2019.
Cityscape is one of the most important real estate exhibitions in the Middle East, SAK's chief executive Ahmed Kadry El-Ghitany announced on Thursday.
"We posted sales worth 150 million pounds last year," El-Ghitany said, adding that the real estate company also seeks to achieve sales of 500 million pounds this year.
As for SAK's more plans, the firm will promote two residential and commercial projects in the country's New Administrative Capital City, he referred.
