Egypt to deliver new units in phase I of Dar Misr middle-income residential project

Egypt will deliver a number of new housing units in Hadayek October area as part of the first phase of Dar Misr, a state middle-income residential flagship, within February 2018.
Hadayek October area is located in Sixth of October City. The city, which was established in 1979 by the decree of Egypt's former President Anwar El Sadat, is 17km from the pyramids of Giza and 32km from downtown Cairo.
