“Etisalat's eLife customers can watch the full coverage on AD channel numbers 505,506,508,509 and 510 for free. These packages will also be automatically added to the e-pehla packages. In case a customer does not get these packages automatically, he needs to re-scan the decoder," a etisalat customer service agent said.
With du, AD Sports will be offering daily studio shows on the Olympics in the lead up to the Games, until July 24, an Olympics Morning Show in studio from July 23 and full event coverage and highlights from July 25 to August 12.
All du TV customers can enjoy coverage of the event in HD as part of their basic du TV subscription. All du customers can watch the coverage on AD Sports HD channels 3, 4, 7 and 8 (automatically available during the London Olympics). If customers need 24 hours coverage of the Olympics in addition to global focus on Formula 1 and WWE, they need to subscribe to channel 6 which comes under AD Sports package for Dh34.
Several pay-TV packages will also offer complimentary coverage of the Olympics Games, including OSN Family, OSN Premier Plus, OSN Platinum Extra and the AD Sports Package, amongst others.

Dubai Media Incorporated has already said that its six free-to-air sports channels on AsiaSat 5 will be covering the Olympics live. The 24-hour channels will begin transmission a week before the Games start.
