CGP starts promoting Alburouj New Cairo in Abu Dhabi this year

Capital Group Properties (CGP), owned by Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), says it would start marketing its Egyptian flagship Alburouj at its office in Abu Dhabi before the end of 2017.
Amgad Hassanein, CFP's chief projects, told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday that the fully-fledged urban project is located in New Cairo over 1,212 feddans or 5 million square metres.
The project includes around 28,000 housing units as well as a number of various commercial, administrative, and entertainment activities, Hassanein said.
"The project is being developed in three phases over ten years, with investments worth 50 billion Egyptian pounds ($2.8 billion)," he added.
