Orange Egypt is making new management revamp
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 20 - 06 - 2017

Orange Egypt is launching a management revamp as part of an ambitious plan to develop its marketing and commercial polices in the country, sources with knowledge told Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday.
The revamp comprises changes in the names of some positions, promoting some leaderships, and creating new departments, the sources said.
Ashraf Halim, who is currently the Vice President of Commercial Sector, is included in the revamp plan as he will become the new executive vice president, the sources added.
The sources further said Magdy Gabra, Vice President of the Customer Service, will be promoted to Vice President of the Corporate Sector. Joseph Fawzy will be the new Vice President of the Customer Service, they noted.
Maha Nagy, who formerly worked in the marketing management for Vodafone Egypt, will be appointed as the Chief Corporate Communication Officer, one of the new departments recently added to Orange Egypt.
The subsidiary of French telecoms group Orange will also appoint Bart Staelens as the new Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Business Development Department, succeeding Mohamed Nabih.
Staelens was the Director Business Development and Operational Efficiency at Orange Belgium.
The changes also involve the departure of Rana Abbadi, Chief Officer of Regulatory and Wholesale, and Marian Makary, Head of Communications.
The new management revamp is expected to contribute to boost Orange Egypt's position and flow of investments in the country, leading to an overall enhancement in services and higher customer satisfaction, the sources said.
