Arabsat launches Egyptian TV bouquet at Cairo ICT 2016

The Arab Satellite Communications Organization-Arabsat announced Tuesday the official launch of the Egyptian TV Bouquetexclusively covering the African continent in a big ceremony during the second day of Cairo ICT 2016.
The Egyptian Bouquet is broadcasted over Arabsat satellite 5-C in the orbital position 20 ͦ East. Covering whole Africa, the Egyptian Bouquet features 60 channels including: Egyptian Satellite Channel, Egyptian Satellite Channel USA, Nile Drama, Nile Life, Nile Sport, Nile News, and Nile TV International in addition to the following Radio Channels: The Public Programme, EL-Quran EL-Karim, and The Arab Voice.
Wael Al-Buti, Director of Sales and Customer Services at ARABSAT, said that the Egyptian Bouquet will be entirely transmitted over Arabsat satellite 5-C all over the African continent.
Khalid Ben Ahmed Balkhyour, President and CEO of Arabsat, said "We maintain good ties with the Egyptian market including both the public and the private sector. The ceremony was attended by a number of top-notch officials from both sides.
Arabsat- participates in Cairo International Telecommunication & Information Technology Conference& Exhibition ‘Cairo ICT 2016' that runs from 27th to 30th Nov. in Cairo International Convention Center.
Commenting on this, Khalid Ben Ahmed Balkhyour President & CEO of Arabsat, stated that "Our participation in Cairo ICT this year is to showcase Arabsat new Satellites capabilities that were designed with the state-of-art broadcasting technology covering the Middle East, Central Asia and Whole Africa."
