Egypt Partakes in 36th GITEX Technology Week 2016

Represented by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), Egypt will take part in the 36th GITEX Technology Week that will take place on October 16-20 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The event will discuss the latest trends, showcasing products and innovations from across the world. This year, GITEX is bringing together the most innovative, exciting and ambitious tech start-ups to share their world changing ideas with an audience of hand-picked international investors.
With IT spending in the Middle East projected to reach $212.9 billion in 2016—a 3.7 percent increase from 2015, GITEX Technology Week as the largest regional IT exhibition will play a more significant role in 2016 than ever before.
GITEX 2016 has launched the most global startup movement with over 400 entrepreneurs, 250 investors and mentors from over 52 countries.
Participating startups will showcase their concepts, engage in mentor sessions, pitch to win $130,000 and learn at the conference sessions by startup heroes.
The event provides participants with opportunities for staying ahead of the latest innovations from across the world of technology. It helps them create vital connections with fellow industry experts, influencers, and senior decision makers to start laying the foundations of the future.
