Egypt-based Madinet Nasr for Housing to deliver Taj Sultan phase I in 2016

Egypt-based real estate developer, Madinet Nasr Housing & Development, is planning to deliver the first phase of Taj Sultan by the end of 2016, its General Manager, Ahmed El Hitamy said on Wednesday
Taj Sultan phase I includes 500 housing units, the whole project is mixed-use development spanning 3.5 million square meters in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and with easy access to Cairo's key districts.
In addition, the company has started promoting the second phase of Taj Sultan with total housing units of 1400 units.
El Hitamy told amwal al ghad that his company is planning to post its contractual sales by the end of 2016 to record 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds compared to 870 million pounds in 2015.
