BREAKING: Bomb blast in Heliopolis injuring Prosecutor General

A bomb detonated in Ammar Ibn Yasser St., Heliopolis near to Millitary College injuring Prosecutor General Hisham Barakat, two civilians and other security personnel .
Barakat reportedly has a broken nose and a dislocated shoulder.
He is being treated at Al-Nozha hospital in Heliopolis.
